- Claim form (Miscellaneous) - For loss or damage to building, renovations, improvements, contents, consequential loss, rental expenses, money, public liability, goods-in-transit, deterioration of stock, fidelity guarantee claim
- Claim form (Work Injury Compensation) - For work injury compensation claim
- Claim form (Personal Accident) - For personal accident claim

Acknowledge
You will receive an acknowledgement from Liberty that we have received your claim submission.

Process your claim
Upon receiving all original documents, Liberty will process your claim.

You will receive an email from Liberty that payment will be processed to the mode of payment that you have selected.
