The PetCare Gift Voucher Promotion (the “Promotion”) is organized by Liberty Insurance Pte Ltd (“Liberty”)

Promotion Period: 1 August to 15 September 2024 (both days inclusive)

Eligibility:

• Liberty customer who has successfully purchased new PetCare policies and fully paid the policies via Liberty’s online portal (https://onelink.libertyinsurance.com.sg/petcare?promoCode=PETPRO824) with the promo code “PETPRO824” during the promotion period.  
• Every new PetCare policy is entitled to 1 gift voucher, for e.g., a customer who purchases 3 new policies for 3 pets will be entitled to 3 gift vouchersupon full payment of the 3 policies.
• Promotion is applicable for the first 50 new policies only (excluding renewals), subject to terms and conditions for this Promotion.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PETCARE GIFT VOUCHER PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“AGREEMENT”)

Terms & Conditions:

1. The  Promotion is only available to the first fifty (50) new Petcare policies which are successfully purchased and fully paid via our online portal with promo code “PETPRO824” https://onelink.libertyinsurance.com.sg/petcare?promoCode=PETPRO824 (“Liberty Portal”) during the Promotion Period ("Eligible Customer"). The Promotion Period is from 1 August to 15 September 2024 (both days inclusive)
    
2. The gift voucher will be provided to you by a third-party gift card services vendor (“Third-Party Vendor”) and delivered to you via the electronic mailing address (“Email”) which was provided to Liberty Insurance Pte Ltd (“Liberty”) at the point of purchase in or around two (2) months from the end of the Promotion Period.  The gift voucher is also subject to the additional terms and conditions of our Third-Party Vendor and is valid for six (6) months from the date of issuance.
    
3. The gift voucher is non-transferable and cannot be altered or redeemed for cash under any circumstances.  Liberty reserves the right to replace the gift voucher with other items of similar value without prior notice. |
    
4. The gift voucher will not be refundable or replaced if it is stolen, lost, used without your permission, or not redeemed within the stipulated redemption period.  Liberty shall not be liable if the delivery of the email with gift voucher is unsuccessful.  
    
5. These terms and conditions are related to the Promotion and provided by Liberty to Liberty’s PetCare Customers only and no references or advice have been made in respect of the insurance coverage that may be provided under a Liberty PetCare policy ("Policy"). You are advised to read and understand the Policy wording before applying for the relevant insurance through Liberty Portal.
    
6. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and parties irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
    
7. No extensions will be considered beyond the Promotion Period.
    
8. A Policy must not be terminated, cancelled, voided, avoided at any time howsoever whether by you or Liberty for any reason before its expiry date, or else you will not qualify for the gift voucher. If the gift voucher is already redeemed but thereafter during the Policy term the Policy is terminated, cancelled, voided, avoided, whether by you or Liberty, then you will be liable to reimburse Liberty the cash value of the gift voucher. Liberty is also entitled (at its sole discretion) to deduct and set-off such sums representing the cash value of the gift voucher from any sums (if any) refundable to you under the Policy in such scenarios.
    
9. No term of this agreement is intended for the benefit of any third-party either under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) or otherwise.
    
10. Liberty reserves the right and discretion to add, amend, withdraw, or void any of the terms and conditions generally or particularly at its sole discretion with immediate effect & without prior notice or assigning any reasons.
     
11. You / Liberty Customers give consent to Liberty and its third parties including related companies, employees, agents, service providers & contractors (collectively, “appointees”), and their appointees, to collect, use and transfer personal data relating to himself/herself or other individuals, for the purposes as described in Liberty Privacy Policy at https://www.libertyinsurance.com.sg/data-protection-policy, including for the purposes of organizing and administering the Promotion, and all ancillary supportive and incidental purposes therewith. You have read and agreed fully to Liberty’s Data Protection Policy. If there is any personal data relating to other individuals that you have furnished in the past, present & future, you warrant that you have obtained prior consent from them (or if they are lacking in legal capacity, from their legal representatives, guardians or parents as the case may be) for Liberty and its appointees to collect, use and disclose their personal data for the above purposes. You warrant that all personal data you have provided are accurate and complete, and you will inform Liberty of any changes to the personal data to your knowledge as soon as practicable. All consents remain valid until and unless modifications or withdrawals are made to Liberty’s Data Protection Officer at dpo@libertyinsurance.com.sg
     
12. Liberty accepts no responsibility for submissions for this promotion not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, network, or server failure of any kind.
     
13. You undertake to indemnify and keep Liberty indemnified against all proceedings, costs, expenses, liabilities, legal costs (on a solicitor-and-client, indemnity basis), loss or damage arising out of the breach or negligent performance or failure in performance by you of the terms of this Agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Liberty against any losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims or liabilities of any kind arising in connection with your participation in this promotion.
     
14. All matters or disputes in relation to the Promotion and the interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the decision of Liberty, which shall be final, and binding and you irrevocably waive any right to and/or shall not challenge or object to its decisions directly or collaterally.
